Mrs. Janie Hamilton (2005 - Current)

In June of 2005 we were blessed to welcome the newest member of our team, Mrs. Janie Hamilton, coincidentally also one of our retired clients, to assist us in office administration through part-time employment. Formally the Human Resources Manager for The Bottrell Agency (sold to Trustmark in 2000), a company she dedicated her career to for just over 24 years. Mrs. Hamilton retired as the Coordinator of Education and Training from Trustmark in 2003. Coming on board she brings with her a wealth of experience in multiple areas of employee administration training, including coordination of internship programs, development of training curriculum, training and new employee orientation, maintenance of personnel files, and much, much more, including advanced organization skills. Her past honors and awards include Insurance Women of Jackson’s “ Insurance VIP of the Year” (2002), “Woman of the Year” of the Magnolia Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association (1992) and “Business Associate of the Year” of the Magnolia Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association (1991).

Her part-time role includes various administrative duties and functions, however one of Janie’s primary roles is the organization, maintenance and scanning of client files and documents. You will also hear her greet you on the phone, as well as welcome you in person as you visit our office. We are excited and have already benefited greatly from Janie joining our team.
